Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on February 23, 2024, found that ANC Home Health Services, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare recertification survey completed on October 26, 2023.

Chapter 601, Home Health Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a home health licensure survey completed on October 26, 2023.
